Using Normann Copenhagen’s signature design aesthetic of minimalistic lines with a playful twist, the Bit collection boasts a straightforward, utilitarian expression that contrasts with a distinctive pixelated surface made up of small bits of 85-95% recycled plastic. At the production facility, plastic waste is shredded, and the granulate is sorted into different colours to match each Bit Stool colour variant. Due to different origins of the plastic waste as well as the particular production method, every Bit design is a bit unique.

Construction: The Bit collection is made using a rotational molding technique with 85-95% Low Density Polyethylene Industrial Waste (LDPE) and a small percentage of Polyethylene (PE). Bit is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, withstanding temperatures from -10°C to +50°C.
